I have always gone to fantastic SAMs and was always happy until today I will never go again!!! One side of my head has a completely different cut and much shorter than the other side it's horrible! I just pray it grows back quickly, apparently they don't care of the person can cut hair or not!!!

We had 3 haircuts the man says 10-15 wait we say fine after 15 min another man walks in and they tell him 15 also. They take my first kid 28 min since we have been here. Then the next free hair stylist takes the man that came in after all of us. WOW. So me being a business manager I grab what patience I have left. I would not ever go there again. Not to mention its dirty in waiting area.
