I was so upset thinking that i lost pictures after getting a virus on my computer. Comp. tech pros were able to retrieve my lost pictures. They also said I had so little data on my computer that they did not charge me, and it was next day service. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Darren!

We came to this company with a computer that had stalled mid operation. We wouldn't say we were technophobes, but the computer was over 6 years old, so we hadn't much experience of computer companies. There are times in life when problems occur and you hold your breath wondering which company to take your problem to. We're more than pleased to say that from the moment we made the first contact over the telephone, Jennifer and her staff were more than wonderful in looking after our needs. Not only were they able to save a precious hard drive with our business and tax documents, they recovered all of our personal items too. They held our hand through the decision making processes and eventualy led us to a newly-reconditioned machine that saved us hundreds of dollars, but gave us more operating capacity and quicker computer speeds than we'd had before. We cannot recommend them highly enough. It's like having a relative in the family who knows what you need before you do.

Can't say enough about this company; Mike came to my home and transferred all the old data to the new computer and set it up for me; has been available for every question/problem I have had. GREAT SERVICE; highly recommended, very happy with them.

I am an idiot when it comes to computers so I didnt want to spend a fortune on a laptop. Not only did I get one affordable but they showed me a quick rundown of how to use it in Lamons terms. Any questions I had I called and they answered them all. This was a year ago and I still have the very same laptop and bought another one for my wife this week. She wont let me touch it.

Jennifer called the same day to say my computer would be fixed the next day. Jennifer skillfully fixed my computer and then some! Sheas honest and upfront where other stores I called were not. She even gave me an education on the care and feeding of my machine when I came to pick it up. Jennifer is fabulous and I will always come to Computer Tech Pros when I need assistance.
