I wish there was an option to give 10 stars. Mark Putnam is absolutely phenomenal. He is quick to come out when there's a problem and has VERY good prices. He's also super-nice and takes a lot of pride in his work and vocation. I am not exaggerating when I say he saved fiance's and my life. We recently bought our first house and (thank God) had him come out to inspect the fireplace chimney. When he was checking it, he noticed that the furnace flue (I didn't even realize that a furnace had a chimney) had not been attached when the new furnace was installed. The result of us using it would have been carbon-monoxide poisioning or the house catching on fire! See, I wasn't exaggerating.Mark was recommended to us by our mortgage broker and it turns out 2 of our neightbors also use him.
