I called about 9 times over the past few days and talked to a salesperson once. That person connected me to another department and they never answered... Awful!

They sell many phones at this location, but they haven't been trained on how to answer one! Customer Service leaves much to be desired.
CALLED TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT AUDIO AND WAS PUT ONHOLD UNTIL I HUNG UP AND CALLED AGAIN ASKED TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN AUDIO AND WAS PUT ON HOLD UNTIL THE SAME PERSON PICKED UP AGAIN. AFTER THE AUDIO DEPT. PICKED UP THE GIRL WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE COULDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD AGAIN UNTIL I HUNG UP FOR GOOD. WON'T WASTE MY TIME THERE DEALING WITH YOUNG KIDS HOW THINK THEY KNOW EVERYTHING AND REALLY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING BUT WHAT THEY THINK YOU WANT TO HEAR WHICH IS ALOT OF MADE UP BULL.
This place wins the award for the worst customer service. You cannot get help anywhere. I went there to get a Christmas gift. I asked at the front dest where I might find it and he pointed to the back of the store?? I found someone who walked past me and he said they were in a showcase. So I went to the showcase and waited and waited and waited. I went up front again. I went back to the showcase and waited and waited again. Someone finally came. He said I'll be back to get the key. I waited and waited. finally. Went to check out.and I am not going back!

If I could give them a minus rating I would. Bought an appliance there and they said it was in stock. Took over a month and half before they could come up with it. They said they had it numerous times, and several trips later it would not be there. They would make up stories to suit their need at the moment. I will never buy anything there again

cont...at the reduced rate of $200 as promised because the price on the two sets was set too low. He was now billing for $300.What is disturbing is the manner in which the shaved-head surreptitiously attempted to inflate the cost without telling us first. He admitted being aware of the deal already made. When I accused him of lieing by omission, he turned very red and implied that he would be waiting for us outside, and then cancelled the entire transaction.I am not accustomed to dealing with thugs. I would recommend steering away from this store.
In searching the web for other reviews I discovered that Best Buy is under investigation (in Oct. 2007) by the Attorney General for repackaging returns and selling them as brand new.I'm not surprised based on my own recent experience there. I went there to buy two Sony Bravia sets that listed for $2799. The salesman agreed to give us two at $2400 per unit. I spoke with two salesmen simultaneously, and they went back and received approval from their manager after a very long time. I could see the discussions going on involving about four people. Then they came back and further offered us installation for $200. When we arrived at check-out, the salesmen who I made the deal with disappeared and the transaction was taken-over by a short guy with a shaved head who added $100 to the bill without telling us. When I inquired into the inflated cost as I handed over my credit card, the shaved-head informed us that they couldn't do the installation at the reduced rate of
Brought in laptop for repair. Was told "had to go out" for motherboard repair. So much for the Geeks I guess. The place they sent it to said it was "water damage" AFTER 3 WEEKS and refused to repair it unless I paid over $1,000! The unit had never been near water,so of course they refused to provide any evidence of damage whatsoever. After four months of fighting, the local store did give me a new laptop from their budget The people at the local store were nice enough in a tough situation, (they have to go back and forth with their corperate office), but I will never buy another product from Best Buy again.
