While in the store with my mother today were encountered David. We always come to this store as it has great customer service & is right down the street. However, I did NOT appreciate the way that he spoke to my mother. He was rude from the beginning. The entire transaction he belittled my mother and in a snotty way kept repeating the same phrase over and over again to her. He then snatched the paper given to her the last time she visited the store. He gave it a once over then flicked it back towards her. My mother took it in stride whereas I wanted to interject but she told me not to. My mother is very nice and respectful and as an almost seventy year old woman he should have respected his elders. If he disrespects my mother or her mechanic when he comes in, I will file a formal complaint because that is NOT how you treat customers!
