We were having an issue with our boiler not lighting up properly and called T & D. We were initially told they may not be able to come out today, but they did show up. Tom was the guy who came and not only resolved and replaced the part needed, quickly, but also addressed another issue which fixed our upstairs radiator that only partially heated. He allowed me to watch him and explained everything he was doing. This was my first experience with them and a great experience at that. Very happy with their customer service and highly recommend them!
