I've been a customer here for 4 years. I completely disagree with the two other raters I've seen here. Teresa and the staff (Bernice) are great with customer service. Their prices are fair and they will happily fix your broken system. They stand behind their products.

At first, very friendly. However first product bought only lasted two weeks. Got a deal on replacement. Point system, they try to talk you into waiting because " next time you'll get" ..Great tasting Kicking Ash and very satisfying. A great way to quit smoking while still going through the motions of smoking, inhaling, exhaling, vapor rather than smoke and vaping is allowed in most public places, however, employees are often unfriendly and downright rude. If you don't mind their snippy attitude, after they reel you in, go there. However the Vape shop in Rochester is much more professional and courteous, offering a wider variety of items. Most helpful. My first time there, rather than trying to sell me a replacement for what no longer worked from Warsaw they fixed it for me for free!

poor customer service, clerks seem annoyed by too many questions. they sell used items at for more than nor,al retail costs and the are belittling to people who are inexperienced in using vapes. also the owner refused to aid in repair of second-hand vape box that was out there
