      This business was here to serve me instead of trying to get my money. Brian correctly guessed my washer's issue AND told me how to fix it myself. They didn't get any of my money, but actually talked me out of spending $80 on a part I thought I needed but didn't! I will definitely be going back there when I need to make a purchase!

      Called to see if I could buy a replacement part for my dryer. The lady on the phone stopped me mid sentence and told me I wasn't giving her a part number. I was giving her the correct part number for my LG washer. She scolded me and told me they only sell parts for American made dryers. Very unfriendly. I guess I'll stick with Amazon.

      Look around first. I bought Maytag washer and dryer from Smiths. The door on the washer wouldn't stay shut. Their technician fixed it by bending the door until it would shut. The door stays shut but looks like a damaged washer. I can't recommend them.

      SERVICE WHAT THEY SELL

      We have bought appliances at Smith's for years and have always been very satisfied with the quality and the service is wonderful.Don't prejudge that you can't get what you want at a small local store. They are willing to work with you on price and they service what they sell
