I feel it is not professional for an employee while trying to help people to be eating food while they are servicing them. This type of conduct is very inappropriate. Your employees need to present themselves and handle themselves in a business professional manner. What they do when there are not customers coming in is their business, but I particularly do not want to be serviced by an employee munching on crackers or chips while they are "trying" to conduct business. I have also noticed your establishment on the outside of your building needs to be in a much neater appearance especially the overgrown weeds! I have never came across inappropriate behavior before with this certain Cashland and I have been coming here for nearly five years.
