Founded in 1980, Bowen Center is a private, nonprofit community mental health center accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The center, based in Warsaw, Ind., offers a wide range of mental health services to citizens in northeast Indiana. It provides a variety of residential care services and programs, including the apartment living program, case management services for adults, community-supported employment and vocational services program, intensive in-home case management for children and psychiatric group home services. Bowen Center s outpatient services include alcohol and drug treatment services, outpatient counseling, diagnostic assessment and evaluation, community support and early intervention services. The center also offers employee and student assistance programs.
