Avoid at all costs, especially if you are a woman.
I was talked down to, and constantly interrupted with a classic ‘I am just trying to help you out here”.
Progressive Ins Co screwed up my appointment, and technically they had no obligation to serve me. This could be explained politely, without manager trying to “put me in my place”.
The conversation ended with him saying “you are a confrontational woman” to me, another timeless classic.
By the way, I just read reviews on superpages, and find management responses to negative reviews the most telling. Just read the management responses, and you will know all you need to know about this business. LADIES BEWARE! Avoid at all costs, or be prepared to hear what kind of a woman you are if you dare as much as open your mouth.

Excellent experience Progressive handled everything. Read other reviews which were negative, must be your insurance Co. Work was excellently preformed in minimum time. 2016 Sorrento looks like new! They even washed and vacuumed too!!!

Best Collision experts out there. Had my new car rear ended and their work was spot on and my car looked like it was never hit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for highly experienced and detailed work. A++ Customer Service.

My car repairs seem to be adequate, for which I am appreciative. If you value a respectful attitude and courteous customer service, however, this is not the place to have your car repaired.

Do Not Enter! Had my truck "repaired" here. Bumper color didn't match the truck. Two dress up plastics weren't painted and one was broke. Bracket bolts didn't line up for bumper mount (needed replaced) and bottom plastic valance had gaps and didn't sit nice. State farm insurance referral. NEVER AGAIN! OWNER (or shop manager)spoke down to me and claimed they weren't paid to fix it properly and that he could have charged me 10 percent for a bumper order.I Paid a 500 dollar deductible.

I called to ask some general questions (is the car repairable, how long will repairs take) the owner, Bob, said "I don't know where you got this number or why you are calling here but I don't deal with customers. Talk to your insurance company." This made me uneasy so I visited the shop two days later. When I arrived at the shop no one was in the front office. After waiting about 10 min a mechanic opened the door and said "Hey". I told him I was there to see my vehicle and talk with someone about the damage. He told me I would need to wait an hour for the owner to get back. I kindly asked to get a few things out of the car. The mechanic then said "No, and if you step foot out into this shop I will call the police and have you arrested." While talking to my insurance company to get the car moved the owner returned and eavesdropped on the conversation. While talking to him he consistently talked down to me and did not act professionally at all. Avoid this shop at all costs!!!

I took my son's car in for an estimate after he had a fender bender. I explained that he was a high school student and paying for the repairs himself. I asked that the car be made safe but he didn't need anything extra, it didn't need to look "show room new." I mentioned that he wanted to do the painting himself, he was going to do something interesting with it. The man (I believe he may have been the owner) looked me up and down and stated that he was not interested in giving me an estimate. He wanted to do the job his way no matter what the cost. Only go here if you don't want to have any say in your property and have lots of money to spare.
