John was such a nice guy. Everyone there was so friendly. John spent about 3 hours with me to find the right ring. I was very pleased with the ring I got a price. They had a lot of selection and explained everything to me. I could not be happier!

Just had to say how pleased I am with the quality service and jewelry tha Jem Jewelers offers. Once inside their showroom I was amazed as to the amount of jewelry that was offered, most of it made on location. They made me feel at ease with leaving my diamonds to have them reset into a new ring. I am so happy!
