I have always been happy with the work done at Dok Klaus', but they seem to lack the customer service quality. They are nice people, but quick is not in their agenda. If you don't need your computer for a few days (or weeks) they will provide adequate repairs. If you need something quickly, you will need to find another store.

Who else could I call on a snow day with an urgent computer question? Klaus not only answered the phone personally but took the time to help me figure out the problem and get my PDF printed out.

Doc Klaus saved me more than once. He and his team provide outstanding service. I need to be online every day, so my computer is my tool to make a living. It is like an insurance for me to have him and his team on my side. In short: I am glad he has his business here where I live.

Dok's tech answered our emergency call and fixed the store's main computer right away!

Been going to Dok's for years. Today I brought in a notebook with internet setting problems, and the technician worked with me and resolved the issues right on the spot!

I took my laptop there first thing Monday morning. While I was there they agreed that the fan and heatsink assembly 'made noise'. No one looked at it again until Wednesday afternoon. They then checked inventory and ordered the part. I agreed to overnight shipping. It's Thursday, the fan hasn't arrived yet and I was told that even if it did, they had housecalls to make and maybe it would be ready on Friday. So I paid for premium shipping for nothing. I've had repairs done here before and the quality of work is very good, but the customer service has been poor. Each time I've had to call them and ask for updates. If I had been told on Monday morning that it would be ready on Friday, I'd have taken it elsewhere. One of the other reviewers said the overnight service was great and I'd like to know what they're talking about.
