Founded in 1960, Airlie Center hosts more than 500 government, nonprofit and privet sector groups annually. It offers various meeting packages that include guestroom accommodations, refreshment breaks and audiovisual equipment. Located in Warrenton, Va., the center is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers. Its guestrooms feature Internet access, cable televisions, alarm clocks, irons, hair dryers and magnetic locks. The center s meeting rooms have a seating capacity of more than 200 people. Its audiovisual equipment includes flip charts, projectors, projection screens, monitors, podiums and microphones. Airlie Center is also certified by Green Seal and the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. It organizes various environmental programs, such as recycling, organic culinary garden and energy-efficient lighting. Additionally, the center s conference planner organizes several activities, including fishing lessons, golf, horseback riding and hiking.
