Absolutely horrible customer service! Contracted with them to frame two pieces of art. Once they finished the first one I was unpleased and ask them not to do second one & refund the money for the second one. They said they didn't give refund & I could use it for credit on a service. I went ahead & had them frame the second one and & am now stuck with two horribly framed pictures!
