Went into this branch on two different occasions,one to open a savings account for my grandson,not another person in the bank with at least four people working and was told I would have to make an appointment to do this.Not wanting to do this I instead went into my branch in fla I did not have to make an appointment.When returning to penna I needed my signature notarized for a document that needed to be returned to Fla that day.I again went to this branch & was told again I would need to make an appointment.Then went to the branch in North Warren & was told they notarized only bank related documents.Could never find out what there policy really was.I can remember when banks tried to do things for their customers for better relationships,but this bank does not in my opinion care.
