Forest Warren Human Services provides assistance to individuals who need early intervention and mental health services. The organization also helps people who are suffering from alcohol, tobacco and other drug abuse. The organization helps them to fulfill their desires to develop and maintain a life that allows them to reach their fullest potential. Located in Warren, Pa., the organization is responsible for the fiscal management of allocated federal, state and county funds received by the Forest and Warren counties in Pennsylvania for the specific purpose of provision of identified human services programs. It is also responsible for the planning requirements of each categorical program, including mental health, alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, and children and youth services. Additionally, the Forest Warren Human Services operates a centralized intake process. The function of the centralized intake unit is to provide a single point of access to each program.
