      Had gas line ran from meter into my attic and down into my utility room and a 90,000 BTU luxaire furnace & air conditioner. They did an very nice job better then I expected, all outside and inside lines look nice. They also help me with pumping my fuel oil tank out and disposal of tank and unused fuel oil, I am very glad I choose Thomson Mechanical as my contractor very knowledgeable.

      We ordered a 100,000 BTU American Standard furnace from Thompson Mechanical. They installed. Our home was not heating well. We got a call from them saying they installed the wrong furnace, a 60,000 BTU. We had to endure the removal and install process again. We asked for a discount for our inconvenience, they said no. They did install on Saturday so we wouldn't have to take off work again, which they should have; it was their error. The new furnace had dents and scratches all over it. We asked if it had been installed elsewhere; they said no. The blower wheel was also bent. They ordered new and installed a week later. They ordered a new door. When it came in, it was wrong. They reordered. The whole process took over 2 months. They said they would send us a new warranty with a revised start date. They did not. We had another negative and unprofessional fiasco with this company, but writing about that will exceed the character limit for this forum.
