i would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. i was treated like a criminal because i tried to pay by check. they charged almost 2x the amount they quoted me on the phone. the people who work there are very rude. they did not explain anything to me. i will never use their services again.

I'm back like I said I would be .I was posted as anonymous on 10-28-12.I called red's on Monday morning 10-29-12 AT 8:15 AM, the lady that answered the phone was Debbie,she was very professional at all the questions I asked and told me that I could have my wind shield installed today either at their shop in warren or they could come to my location which is Orwell,for an additional 25.00 which i feel was very fair and that I would need to provide a garage for the installation .After a couple calls back I choose to have it installed on that same day .Debbie made the appointment and said they could be out in the afternoon .At 12:30 their installer Richard called me and said he was in Orwell and was ready to do the install and met me at my location .Richard was the installer that had done many jobs for me before and not only was he prompt but very professional and again did a great job for me .So at this point I don't understand 10437's review . My service was once again great.

I was searching for reds auto glass phone number and ran across the review from 10437, and totally disagree with their review and wanted to share my experience's with red's .First off I really don't know anyone from there and not related in any way . I have used their service many many times over the years and have always had great service from them from the setup phone call to the installer showing up on time to having a great job done .I will be contacting them again and setting up a appointment for a windshield on my truck.After that experience I will write another review and let you know how it went .
