I've been washing there for 5 years the Attendant is professional courteous Helpful and most importantly Clean That place is always spotless It's the only reason I choose them over all the rest from Coach

Total waste of money, AGAIN. I decided to try this place again. SORELY MORE DISAPPOINTING THAN LAST TIME
Half of all machines are tagged, im still waiting for a refund from 8 weeks ago (not registered in system and wont honor it) same issues now as then. All i get is lip service when i call the complaint line. New repair service no better than old one. Many dryers have no vacuum, no heat, or both. It would be cheaper to drive to Lansing MI and do laundry than deal with this (5 blocks from home)

I DO NOT FEEL SAFE AT THIS BUSINESS
Poorly marked, unlit, and unkempt, parking.
No fire lane for emergencies or emergency vehicles.
Water leak issues not being addressed in timely manner (watched 5 fall during a wet floor incident).
No access to handicapp ramp area due to parking issues and dumpster blocking walkway.
25% or more machines broken/ out of service at all times.
Visibly dirty machines. Bathrooms have nasty, unknown soiling on walls under hand dryers
Poor property and building upkeep, doors contantly broken and not able to be used.
Service tech states they will no longer purchase rolling laundry carts for customer use due to theft.

Clean Men & Women ���� Restrooms and facility, inexpensive excellent equipment to work with and because of this you can get in and out in a timely fashion.
Only problems not enough washers for their rush hours on weekends. They need to open more of theses or expand to larger facility.
