RUDE, FACETIOUS AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE IN A POLITE AND NICE WAY PERIOD AND I'M
A STOP GOING TO THAT WALMART ON GRATIOT
The sales associates in general are some of the most incompetent I have ever encountered at any store in my life, period. Most of them are ridiculously slow and non-helpful. I have been to this store quite a few times since it opened and I actually walked out in disgust at the total lack of service in the photo department. I said to the greeter on my way out, "good luck getting any kind of decent service in this place." Often when I asked for help I felt like I was interrupting an important social function amongst the employees that I was not invited to. I'm used to receiving less than stellar services from Walmart in general but this store's customer service overall is a dismal failure. Sometimes I even get the impression that they want me to serve them! I'm not talking about everyone working there. There are a few motivated individuals who care enough to provide good service in a reasonable time and they know who they are but sadly they are overwhelmed by the lazy, uncaring attitudes of their coworkers.
Attempting to reach any personnel and/or management willing to assist you over the telephone seems to be an unreasonably impossible task. I called three time. Each time the phone rang for in excess of 30 rings before being answered. Then I would be placed on hold for more than 5 minutes. I even tried calling the pharmacy in an attempt to have them connect me with a manager --- a simple request that they unreasonably refused. This troubles me. Is their any leadership when it comes to customer service at this Wal-Mart Supercenter in Warren, MI @ 12 Mile & Dequindre?

Already they are breaking into cars in the parking lot. I do not feel safe there so I won't be going even though I live very close by. What a world we live in!
