A Prompt Arrival Time: We make every effort to arrive at your residence on time. However clients scheduled before you and traffic may effect our arrival time. A few things are beyond our control. We'll make every effort to get in contact with you if our arrival time is outside of +/- 30 minutes of your scheduled cleaning.
