Poor customer service, did quote via web, received an email response saying to call with more info and when stated that I preferred email their response was "your loss". I may have paid more from a competitor but I was treated better.

I called on a Monday. National Auto Glasses prices are below the competition. I had an appointment on Tuesday with this great MICHIGAN company. Wayne, my windshield installer, arrived on time, said the job would take 40 mins. He was done in 30 mins in my work parking lot!!! From the initial phone call to Wayne doing an excellent job on installing a new windshield, I would highly recommend them.

I came out from work to find my windshield cracked knowing it was going to cost some money, just not enough to cover a deductable. I called my insurance carrier and (5) glass replacement companies. National was by far the least expensive, most professional and to know they were using factory glass, the exact glass they were replacing. From Mark to Wayne to Ray who came out and replaced my windshield, top notch service. I would reccommend them to anyone. They go everywhere to make it easy on the customer. I WOULD AND WILL REFER ANYONE THAT NEEDS GLASS REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO NATIONAL AUTO GLASS AND MIRROR. THANKS AGAIN.
