Horrible people to deal with. They will lie and tell you they will do something and then they do not do it. I had to pay and arrange a shipping company to pick up my bill of sale and title because they would not send it out. Then they held my deposit for over a month when i started requesting. I had to constantly phone them.

FIND a different broker if you are dealing with COParts auctions, these people are exactly as the negative reviews describe. I wish to god I had read the reviews before giving them my money. If there are positive ones, they are probably FAKE.

I called M-97 auto parts about a tailgate for a 2008 Ford Edge and was told they had a good tailgate with minor scratches and rust. Than they sent the form for me to fill out. The form that I signed stated all items sold as is and I didn't think that was an issue because I had it in writing on that same form that the parts had minor scratches and rust. They did not disclose that there was major dents on the inside of the tailgate But when the tailgate arrived it was all dented on the inside of the tailgate to where the tailgate had more damage than the tailgate I was replacing and was not usable. All of the damage was on the tailgate before they shipped it and that is why I should be getting a full refund from them. They flat out lied to me about the condition of the tailgate with only having minor scratches and rust

Make sure that you get everything in writing with these guys because they will change the price on you. I called to see if they had a used transmission for my truck. They said yes and I said that I was going to come pick it up. They asked me if I minded telling them who was installing my trans and how much I was being charged. I told them how much and they said that they would match that price and throw in a 90 warranty. So, I passed on my guy doing it for their warranty. Two days later I took my truck there to drop it off just like they told me to. When I got there they told me that the lady that gave me the price was wrong. Very wrong. This lady called me 3 different times to confirm the price and warranty and to set up the day to drop it off. Just got my car back today from them. The price went up $75 (had to argue to hell and back to get that). They laughed at the 90 day warranty and gave me a 30 day warranty. My car was as filthy as it could possibly be. Great work guys.
