They tell you what you actually need to get fixed, they do it fast and for a fair price. I couldn't find out where an exhaust rattle was coming from since it only did it when I was accellerating. 10 minutes and Gregg had the welder out fixing a broken hangar bracket. I was in and out it 20 minutes.

I found this great repair shop a few years ago and have been coming back time and time again ever since. Great professionals in that they tell you, show you & explain to you what is going on with your vehicle. They don't rip you off. I've received estimates for repairs from them then got other estimates elsewhere to compare. I always end up back with these guys. Bill (owner & mechanic) Stacy (daughter, receptionist & knows her way around cars too) Greg & Chris (mechanics) are all awesome. I know sometimes reviews may seem too good to be true but these guys are really true gems in the world of dirty mechanics. Everything won't always be the lower cost you want but just know that if a time comes when you have to pay a little more than normal, it couldn't be helped and they will do it right. ����������������
I was having trouble with my vehicle, so I decided to check out independence auto. Not only was my vehicle fixed in a timely manner at good rate, everyone was very friendly and respectful. I would definitely suggest if you need a car repair to check out Independence Auto.
This is one of the best auto service repairs cnts.! I have had Oil Change, radiator replace, rear seal replace on my 2005 Jeep. There prices are lower then most larger auto repair shops that I use to go to. And their friendly service is awesome. They don't just tell you what is wrong they show you and explain things that you can understand. Thanks Bill for the great service!

No question, one of the most frightening experiences a woman, with any sense, has is communicating with those entrusted with either the repairs or maintenance required for her car. I must admit I used to loathe the experience, Why? I knew going in I would be spoken to with condescension, will be cheated and lied to, plus overcharged pleasant experiences--yeah...and all reminders of an EX. HOWEVER, all this changed after dealing with the Gentlemen who operate Independence Auto. This outfit was recommended by friends, best recommendation I ever got. Went to them a couple of times and each time walked out with my dignity in tact understanding more about my car, which is one of the loves of my life. So recently I needed four tires and I searched for the best price and they provided it. by far, they saved me close to 400 dollars. Every where else I was quoted a lot more than Independence Auto Charged me. Thanks guys...you are the best.

I drive all the way from Peck MI to have my oil change and other repairs done on my vehicles. If you are looking for a auto repair shop you can trust, this is the place. Indepenence's rates are very fair with fantastic service that can not be beaten.
