Haven't been there yet so I can't tell you anything planning on going but having to do a review just to get number is crazy

I went to ToysRUs in Warner Robins today to EXCHANGE two beat up products I received in the mail that I ordered on cyber Monday. I told the girl that and she instead RETURNED them. I explained to her that I wanted to exchange bc I got them on Sale and wantes the same product, just not damaged. She told me that I would have to find the product and the girl behind her could do it at the same price as the exchange. Well she ran off, they didn't have the exact product and basically expected me to pay more for another set. Like I said, all I wanted was an Undamaged set at the price I ordered them! Well anyways, they had to cancel the exchange, were very rude, did not smile or help, serviced many others although I was there first and it was an easy transaction (either exchange for the product with the same Undamaged or I go to another store that has the product). I don't understand how a TOY/CHILDRENS store can be so disrespectful,ugly, smug and unfriendly. Customer service was horrible and I hope the management will see this and maybe change a few things bc it could be great if they just tried. I would rate this NO stars if I could

told me to call the night before and they would save me boxesto pick up in the morning.. I did... went to pick them up, didnt know what I was talking about, said if I went home and called they would save me boxes..lol.. I did that again.. I called. went over then next morning, they didnt have any boxes and said maybe I should call in advance..LMAO.. what losers....
