I called them Pruett to check my AC unit when the AC unit seemed to run excessively long periods of time without getting much cooler inside the house. They told us we need to replace our AC unit and duct work inside the house at the cost of $4500. The tech told us that our AC unit would not last very long if it is not replaced. I called up another contractor who fixed the problem with some refrigerant and cleaning of the unit for $150.00. That was over a year ago and we are still enjoying very cold AC unit at home.

This company does NOT have any respect for their customers.
