I have lived here for quite a while now but things have really gotten bad around here since new management a little over a year ago.They are renting these apartments to anyone some are veterans but most have no respect for anyone or anything! They drink on the premises, for some 7 or 8 am in the morning, you see men urinating wherever they feel like it, loud music day and night! Talk about living in the hood, this is it! Beer cans, beer bottles, trash, are sitting everywhere, under the breezeways. Loud talking, hollering, they even get in front of your apartment to do it, complain to management you say, does no good whatsoever, hell she can't even remember what you told her 5 minutes ago, she never writes things down! Complain about fixing something in your apartment, there are lights still not replaced a year after you tell her, I get so fed up with it! I am looking for a place to move, don't know how much more of this I can handle before going postal!

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it was possible to give a negative rating, this place would get it. I know the management is new here, but apparently the problems are not. There is mold, water leakage, trash, and roaches galore!!! And the community is like living in one large high school lunch room. People are always lurking about and yelling things at other people (especially females) who walk to the trash dumpster, walk their pets, walk to the mail.. it is juvenile and harassment at the very least! The dumpsters are really nasty, there is something wrong with the water and hopefully someone will step in and close this place soon.
