The Warminster Police Department provides law enforcement and crime prevention services. The department intervenes in cases of robbery, auto theft, accident, homicide, serious assault, narcotics trafficking and domestic violence. It responds to emergency and nonemergency calls for service. It operates patrol, detective and special investigations divisions. The Warminster Police Department conducts investigations, gathers evidence, and interviews suspects, victims and witnesses. The department has a major incident response team that operates during riots, terrorist attacks, natural disasters and emergency situations. Its K-9 unit conducts drug and bomb detection operations. In addition, the Warminster Police Department organizes safety-related training sessions for the general public. The department is headquartered in Warminster, Pa.
