Eastern/Chadrow Associates, Inc. was founded in 1967 by Edmund A. Chadrow, Jr., P.L.S. to provide professional land surveying services. Eastern/Chadrow Associates Inc. is a family owned business which continues to thrive under the leadership of Edmund A. Chadrow, III P.L.S. a second generation surveyor. In association with Lawrence J. Byrne, P.E. Eastern/Chadrow Associates Inc. provides complete land development and professional civil engineering design services. Professional services include surveying, property surveys, site planning and building layout, new subdivisions, topographical maps, ALTA survey, traffic control and site access, stormwater design, erosion control, landscape and lighting, water and sanitary sewer, PennDOT highway occupancy permits, PADEP Permits, FEMA floodplain analysis and elevation certifications, expert testimony and representation and all other regulatory and municipal permits, approvals and entitlements. Eastern/Chadrow Associates, Inc. clients come from both the public and private sectors. They include Townships and Boroughs, Municipal Water and Sewer Authorities, Builders and Developers, School Districts, Churches, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional property owners, Contractors and individual landowners. Services range from basic property surveys and minor subdivisions to major multi use land developments. This company is 100% A-OK. Did an excellent job in find my property is encroached upon by 4.4 ft by neighbor to the rear. They were also the most inexpensive of the six i called. I would highly recommend this company.

Chadrow Associates came highly recommended to us by two different local Realtors. Since then they have completed three property surveys and a single lot residential home plot plan for permitting and building placement. Every job was completed in a timely manner, handled professionally and priced competitively. Highly recommended!

The gentlemen that I dealt with were polite, efficient and kept their word as to when they would complete the task.
