Attentive courteous instructors who actually take the time to know who their students (and parents) are. There is a manageable/teachable number of kids per class and the instructor has an assistant! They do not seem overly obsessed with the competitiveness or the commercial ($$) aspect of it all which provides for a more relaxed environment where the student actually learns how to dance!
