Some of their staff are not professional, incompetent and dishonest in trying to cover their tracks on the paperwork. Brought my vehicle working, firm brakes, no brake light and no drips on my driveway. Vehicle left on a tow truck after the technician did "an inspection" which resulted in breaking the brake lines. I also heard a less than glowing review from a co-worker of mine. In future, I will be going to a service station with better equipment, better staff and a better policy towards customer satisfaction instead of the CYA policy I experienced here.
