I took my truck to this location today to get it detailed. They told me they were going to buff out the truck to get out any scratches. When I showed up they told me that they had compounded it. I asked why the scratches were not removed and they said they could not get them out. I asked if they buffed it and they said no they compounded it. In turn they did not do the job they told me they were going to do and I didn't want to pay that portion of the service. The manager Mike told me if I did not pay for it I could not have my truck back. I also found out that they broke the grill and did not clean the jams on the tailgate. When I complained they said they were really busy today and did not have the time to devote to it. Be careful when you go here because they do not do what they say they are going to do and then threaten that you can't have your vehicle back. All of this for twenty dollars. They told me it would take five hours and it took eight and I wanted to get out of there because I was not happy. Again they said they were very busy and did not have the time.

The staff was nice and kept the place clean. I used new looking machines in one large room then found another large room full of machines even a couple giant washers. I played pool while waiting and there are a couple video games, TVs and a food vendor. Overall the nicest laundromat I have seen. It is attached to the car wash and next to Outback. John Barich
