The process started off well but these guys have left me with a huge mess. The dumpster was dropped off on Wednesday, June 28th at 3:15. I had asked for Thursday the 29th but they came early. In speaking with Jimmy, we agreed that I would have the dumpster through Thursday due to the July 4th holiday. Due to a delay in the move, I called on Wednesday morning to ensure that they pick up Friday morning to make sure everything that needed to get into the dumpster could get in. They didn't bother to call back and picked up at 7:30 on Thursday morning. I wasn't home as we had to stay in a hotel. Based on a seven day rental, 3:15 pm on Thursday would be the full seven days. I called to explain the issue and they refused to help. Their only offer was to bring another dumpster late today and charge me again. I now have a bunch of stuff that I have no place to discard. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not do business with these people.
