Stopped in to order a Pizza to go. Young lady at the register acted like I was an annoyance. Made no eye contact and was less than helpful in answering my questions; so I left. I came back about 10 minutes later to talk to the manager about the employee's customer service. The manager was the employee. I told her I bought a Gambino's Pizza because of her poor customer service and lack of eye contact. Manager became defensive, raised her voice, called me rude and started to tear-up. I tried to bring calm to the encounter, but the manager was by now out of control of her emotions and her voice, calling me again rude. I walk out; I'll not be back. Too bad, Wamego Pizza Hut is my long-time favorite. The young man at Gambino's was excellent; great eye contact, friendly and smiled a lot. I gave him a $5 tip.
