About Balance Dynamics Balance Dynamics is a proud Sponsor in the Kentucky Motorcycle Program. The first training site was built in Walton, KY in 2004 and the second site in Georgetown, KY in 2006. The company was founded by Bill Meister and Dinah J. Walsh. They have been certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation ( MSF ) since 1999 and 2001 respectively and maintain the stringent quality control standards set forth by the Kentucky Motorcycle Program and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. They utilize the MSF's curriculum and principles of student-centered learning. They provide highly skilled RiderCoaches who are MSF and State certified. They understand and practice the student-centered learning principles and are caring, knowledgeable and proficient motorcyclists. Bill Meister, a former Air Force fighter pilot and air traffic controller, owns three bikes ; a 2008 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic, a 1995 Harley Bad Boy and a 2007 Ducati 1098S. He teaches High School and College Math, has a Masters Degree in Education and is currently working on his Doctorate. When not teaching, studying or riding a motorcycle, you may find Bill at the golf course trying to improve his game ( unsuccessfully ). Dinah, a veteran of the Ohio Army National Guard, owns a red 2001 Dyna Wide Glide 2 and a pink, yes PINK, 1200 Custom Sportster. Dinah is a freelance writer, an oncology treatment nurse and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Nursing Education at Northern Kentucky University. Another area of expertise is thoroughbred horse racing, having been an owner, trainer and breeder. The MSF is a national, not-for-profit organization promoting the safety of motorcyclists with programs in rider training, operator licensing and public information The KMP promotes safety by establishing rider training courses throughout the state.These courses increase the motorcyclist's knowledge of the effects of alcohol and drugs, develop rider improvement efforts, conduct promotion activities, enhance public awareness and safety through education. The KMP is operated and maintained by the Traffic Safety Institute Eastern KY University is a Division of the Kentucky Department of Justice.
