It sounded so good when I brought my 3 year old car for repair to Pilgrim Auto Body after accident: "We'll make it like new". However, car wasn't ready by time promised. When it was finally ready, it was a disaster: layer of dry-paint dust inside, but what's worse, they installed used door of another color and didn't do good job painting. It was just a beginning. Door was leaking and Pilgrim's didn't admit problem. After 3 visits, they stopped returning calls, wouldn't talk when I went there... I had to take car to another shop (at my own cost) to re-align door and straighten edge that holds sealing rubber.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM "Pilgrim Auto Body"!!!

These people are pretty good on their prices for towing. I had a vehicle that needed to be towed to the cape from Waltham. They were prompt at the time they said they would pick the vehicle.
My vehicle was involved in an accident this summer. Pilgrim towed the vehicle from the secne. Their driver Mike was very nice and polite. I spoke with Nick Sr. about haveing my vehicle repaired at his shop. They estimated it would be about three weeks to repair my vehicle. When I got my car back it was perfect. They did a great job. It was delivered to me on time. The people there were really nice to talk to. Their secratary Kristin was very nice and handled all the the insurance work when the insurance company came to look at my car.
These people do a terrible job in my experience. My car was in an accident this past winter, and they said they could fix it, but would require a cashier's check and it would take about two weeks. They kept the car two months and required another cashier's check for the balance of 50%. I didn't even get the car home before it overheated. They didn't properly repair the bent radiator. The trunk and hood were misaligned, the bumpers and fenders were not aligned right, and the doors weren't hung properly, and there were many other problems. Water came into the trunk and into the passenger section both on the passenger and driver's side floors. When I went back to show the owner the problems he didn't show up at the time he said he would. I then decided not to have him do any more, but wanted enough money back to repair it properly. Six months have gone by and the car is a disaster and I have zip. He has ruined the car and cost me all sorts of time. I would never recommend this place.
