The Spa is clean, hip and top notch when it comes to products and service. The stylists there know their stuff when it comes to color trends for sure. They all attend both inhouse and offsite classes on a regular basis to stay on top of the latest and greatest products and services. Friendly is putting it lightly when describing the staff at Blondie Salon...They know your name and go out of their way to smile and say hello, offer coffee, water, soda and fresh baked cookies and pastry.

I really enjoy the diet coke, candy, magazines, and water. Everyone's been very friendly. My stylist isn't very chatty, but I've never minded because it's good time to think. She definitely wasn't in a hurry and asked for a ton of feedback from me (Joann, if she sounds like your type of person).

"I live in Atlanta, and fly all the way back to Boston every 2 months to have Kim Judkins-Bonadio cut my hair! I have tried other places both in Atlanta, and Boston, and have only been happy with Kim. She truly rocks! It's really hard to get in with her schedule because she only works two days. Its well worth trying to get in to her schedule though!"

Everyone is friendly, the place is clean and nice. I love that I can book through email or phone. Have had issues not being notified when an appointment is cancelled, I've showed up twice to be told my appointment was cancelled hours earlier. But the staff is nice and usually offers some sort of compensation for my troubles (I drive from Billerica or Worcester). Otherwise, I rarely wait long for my appointment and they've been forgiving if/when I show up late.

I was greeted promptly and asked if I would like anything to drink. I felt very welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived.

I am extremely pleased with Kelly's work on my color, cut, and blowdry. She often checked with me to be sure that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She listened and asked questions to deliver an outcome that exceeded my expectations.

And let me stress that when I moved to Boston two years ago, I was petrified that I wouldn't find a hairdresser who could do the job quite like my buddy at home. But after some online research, I gave Blondie a try, and now I recommend it to anyone who asks me where they can get their hair done in the area without paying Newbury Street prices. I usually go to Heather who is a sweetheart and she does the job well. I'd recommend her if you're getting highlights and a cut, which is what I usually do.

Wonderful Service...You definitely get that with this salon. The staff is incredibly friendly and warm upon your arrival. Not to mention, to cater to hungry people on the go like myself, they have tons of chocolate and little snacks to keep your stomach from growling while your hair is doing it's thing.

I've been here twice. I've had my hair cut and colored both times, and I've really liked both the cut and color. It's a little bit more expensive than where I'd usually go, but I think it's worth it, particularly for the color (which has lasted really well).
