Yes, I too was first taken in with the place when we first drove up. It looks nice and inviting and everyone seems friendly. Don't do it. I'm telling you now. Just don't. You can find better. I know the price seems right but you honestly get what you pay for. It is not as it appears and reading through the reviews for this place I can tell you that they have gone out of their way to write a ton a fake reviews for this place as well. I have made a couple friends along the way that have once lived at the Preserve at one time or another and feel the same way that I do. The only great thing about this place is the maintenance people. They are really good at responding and fixing stuff. It's not enough though. They have a massive mold problem. The carpets are disgusting--you can actually get cuts on your feet from just walking barefoot on it. Not at all great for a baby. Neighbors are noisy and you can hear their loud sound systems and complaining doesn't help one bit. They have multiple families living in 2 bedroom apartments so of course that just increases the noise level. There is no where for children to play except a busy parking lot. The children in these places have no space to play so they end up screaming and playing extremely loudly in the stairwells. Speaking of stairwells--they are always dirty. The tot lots they do have always have older rougher looking kids hanging out at them. Dog poop is literally everywhere and having lived other places I know this always is the case but it is especially bad here. People park all over the place and not even in the proper parking spots. It's super frustrating. It is definitely an issue here. There are definitely questionable tenants that live here and at night you can see actual drug deals going down in the parking lot. Let's just say we did not feel safe having our child at this place. I hope someone finds this helpful and we save you from having to move more than you have to because trust me, after a year you will want to leave.
