      If you are looking for a new vet in the Norfolk county area, I highly recommend NCVS! We've been taking our cat there for the last 5 years (since she was a kitten) and have always had a great experience. However, the true test came 3 months ago when she was hit by a car and sustained several potentially life-threatening injuries to her mouth and jaw. From that first visit and each one that followed, Doctors Poor and Bergeron and the entire NCVS staff were nothing short of amazing. The quality of care our kitty received over the next 2 months was excellent - it was as if they were taking care of their own pet. The staff was always extremely helpful every time I called with questions and never made me feel like a bother. We couldn't have asked for a more caring, attentive and supportive veterinary team. Thanks to them, our kitty made a full recovery.
