John Lee may be the most competent and professional plumbing contractor I have ever hired. He is smart, punctual,thinks on his feet to find a solution, and is always in a great mood (BIG BONUS!) Every piece of advice he has evergiven me, I have followed. I have never been disappointed; in fact usually over the moon. John has always come running during an emergency (I blew both the boiler and the water heater last year). He called right away, and was atmy house before 8:00AM. He is trustworthy, honest, and works hard to save YOU money. He has sent me out to pickup certain items he needed, in order to spare me paying for his time, gas, and the parts. He's an absolute gem, and Icould not give him a higher rating.
