Robert L. Sanders is a family law specialist certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization continuously since the 1980 inception of that program in California. He was recently honored by the California State Bar for that status which is acquired by specifically required education, experience, and peer review. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Mr. Sanders is authorized to practice law before all of the Courts of the State of California, the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He has for many years been the Reporter for the law of the State of California on behalf of the American Bar Association Family Law Section Law of the Fifty States project.
