Dr. Arthur Siu, a licensed optometrist, started Family Optometric Vision Care more than 30 years in Oakland and Antioch, CA. Now in 2009, the Antioch practice has a new location with ample parking and office space to better serve the East Contra Costa community.The Oakland practice has been in the same Lake Merritt location since 1974. It is on the second floor of a converted older house facing the lake. Its charm provides a warm home like atmosphere.
