Hi, I've been in practice for 36 years, I work best with adults. My areas of interest are individual and couple therapy. Specific areas are stress disorders, sexual problems, substance abuse , relationship problems, depression and anxiety disorders and coaching. I look at where you are emotionally, nutritionally, your physical fitness level and medical status.I do an evaluation and design a treatment plan to reach your goals. My approach is seeing you as a whole person, we are in this together, I give very clear feedback and am involved . I use myself as a tuning fork, this is not a protocol but tailored to you and what will help. I've been in full time practice in Walnut Creek for 36 years, this has given me a unique perspective on people and the human condition. I am also old enough to have a breadth of real world experience which I bring to my practice.
