Not recommend. They called three time to confirm the appointment with me. At the day of appointment, I asked sick leave from work, drove 40 minutes back to home. And they did not show up at all. I called they back, they said the field worker don't have time to go to my area that day. What the hell! If they cannot make it, why they bother to make appointment with customer. Even they did have some unexpected events coming up, why they don't call the customer beforehand? Waste customer's time. Strongly not recommend to anyone!
