Worst business I have EVER interacted with. Long story short, I moved to the area and attempted to get service with Kuhn. Sought an internet only package and almost had one until I mentioned that I wanted more than 15Mbps because I sometimes worked from home. I was immediately placed on quarantine and after a week and a half of ATROCIOUS customer service and denying my request to speak with a manager we chose to go with CenturyLink. I encourage everyone dissatisfied with Kuhn to contact their local "Cable Franchise Authority" which is Penn Township: 486, 3104 and voice your frustrations to the people who are granting them their franchise rights (as there is no way a company like KCI could ever survive in a free market). 24 hr internet service, should be 24 hr service for cable problems , but all in all great
