Placed an order on a friday. They charged my card on monday. According to their website once they charge your card you order will be shipped. Requested tracking information just because I like to know. Received no response. Sent 2nd request on the friday after making my original order and finally received an anonymous response stating that they don't have the item I ordered and already paid for. Their web site clearly states that your credit card will not be charged if item is not in stock. What kind of bs is this when the item is not in stock and they still took my money and never bothered to let me know what was going on?
