I loved the apartment at first but now I'm not so sure. I live in a bottom unit and my upstairs neighbor has a four and 8 year old who run constantly and slide chairs across the kitchen floor. These apartments are nowhere near sound proof. I have complained to the manager and the upstairs tenant but know one has done anything. The land scaping is also low budget. The grass is in patches. There is a lot of red dirt and rocks. I have lived here for 4 months now and I am ready to move thanks to the noisy neighbors. If you are looking for peace and privacy then Pinecrest is not for you!!!! I am not the only resident who feels this way!!!

I lived here for over a year and a half, it was fine at first, but it went downhill quick! They don't have any amenities except for a little playground. There are kids outside playing and screaming until midnight, and they cant have a steady maintance staff for more than a couple months; which makes me nervous about who's coming in my house when I'm not home to change my air filter. It is close to the grocery store, restaurants and a gas station, but it is not a nice place to live.. Believe me.
