Having read the two prior reviews on this store tells me they must have had a staff turnover. I had the most terrible customer services on two recent occasions, to Reeds in Onamia. I like to try to support small towns and there business, however this store will never get my return business. I guess spending $350 is not a significant enough amount for them to warrant customer service. So folks if it is service you are after look elsewhere. Hello, can I help you and thank you, are a good place to start in training your staff. Knowledge of what you sell and standing behind it would come next. After spending hours on the phone with all the major sporting goods stores in the twin cities looking for an Endura GPS with a 2011 lake chip with no luck and much frustration my son suggested Reeds as it's right on the way to Longville. The phone was answered promptly, the person was knowledgable and very helpful. I'll be picking up all the things I couldn't find in he cities on Monday.Price was the same and no hassles.. I'll be back.

Just made a phone call to the Onamia Reed's Sporting Good Store with questions about Irish Setter boots. Got a hold of a very helpful young man. Very satisfied with the phone service. Makes it worth it to make the trip over.
