I have shopped at this store several times. The employees are very helpful and really friendly. I love the cookie bar they offer. My dog loves their treats. I brought my dog in to use their self serve bathing area. I was really disappointed. For twelve dollars we got a dirty tub, towels that were more like rags and cheap shampoo. The employee was very nice but I should have just said no thank you when I saw the area. I had already paid for the service. I think they should remove this from their website. It is terrible.

If you are like me you like to do things yourself but you may not have the tools you need to do it. At Petco you can groom your pet yourself and they give you all the tools you need. The staff is so friendly and willing to help. But if you don't have time they are more than happy to groom your pet for you. I also love it because my pet feels so comfortable and the staff goes out of their way to do so!
